Slow Cooked Ginger Beer Pulled Pork on Brioche Buns

Instructions:

Place pork shoulder in a slow cooker

In a bowl, mix ginger beer, sliced onion, minced garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, ground ginger, paprika, and black pepper

Pour the mixture over the pork shoulder in the slow cooker

Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until pork is tender and can be easily shredded with a fork

Once cooked, remove pork from the slow cooker and shred using two forks

Strain the liquid from the slow cooker and return the shredded pork to the slow cooker

Mix in barbecue sauce with the shredded pork

Toast the brioche buns lightly

Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun

Top with a generous portion of pulled pork

Add a handful of coleslaw mix on top of the pork

Cover with the top half of the bun

Serve warm and enjoy

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 4 large eggs
  • 8 black olives
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 4 slices of cucumber
  • 8 blueberries
  • 8 mini chocolate chips
  • 8 pretzel sticks
  • Butter for cooking
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Warm up a pan that doesnt stick over medium-low heat

Cut the bread slices into animal shapes with cookie cutters that are shaped like animals

Put the animal-shaped bread slices in the pan after buttering it

Cover each piece of bread with a lid and put a slice of cheddar cheese on top

This will melt the cheese

Fry the ham slices in the same pan until theyre just barely crispy while the cheese melts

Take the toast out of the pan and set it aside

Add a little butter to a different pan and fry the eggs until they are done the way you like them

Add pepper and salt

To make animal faces on the toast, put black olives for eyes, cherry tomatoes for noses, and cucumber slices for ears

To finish making the animal faces, put the fried eggs on top of the toast

To make animal faces on the rest of the bread, use blueberries for eyes, mini chocolate chips for noses, and pretzel sticks for mouths

Strawberry Pannacotta Parfait

This Strawberry Pannacotta Parfait is a delicious treat with its smooth pannacotta, sweet strawberry compote, and crunchy granola. A delightful treat that looks great and tastes so good you cant stop eating it.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and diced
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons gelatin powder
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1 cup granola
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions:

Dice the strawberries and put them in a saucepan with sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract

Over medium heat, cook until the strawberries break down and the mixture gets thicker

Take it off the heat and let it cool down

Add heavy cream, whole milk, and sugar to another saucepan

Heat it until it almost boils

Put cold water in a small bowl and sprinkle gelatin on top

Let it bloom for 5 minutes

Mix the bloomed gelatin into the cream mixture and stir it in until its all dissolved

Take the cream mixture off the heat and let it cool down a bit

Fill up the glasses halfway with the mixture before pouring it in

Put it in the fridge for at least two hours, or until it sets

Put some of the strawberry compote on top of the pannacotta once its set

Add some granola on top

Cover it again, and then add a dollop of strawberry compote and granola on top to finish

Before serving, sprinkle with fresh mint leaves

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup Pimms liqueur
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped strawberries
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped cucumber
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped orange segments
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup Pimms liqueur for brushing
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Fresh strawberries, cucumber, and mint leaves for garnish

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350F 175C

Line a cupcake tin with paper liners

In a mixing bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt

Set aside

In another bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy

Beat in the eggs, one at a time, until well combined

Stir in the 1/2 cup of Pimms liqueur, buttermilk, and vanilla extract

Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined

Fold in the finely chopped strawberries, cucumber, orange segments, and mint leaves

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 15 oz can corn, drained
  • 1 10 oz can diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish optional

Instructions:

Put chicken breasts at the bottom of a slow cooker

Spread cream cheese, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper if using, salt, and pepper on top of the chicken

Also add black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and ranch seasoning mix

Add chicken broth and mix everything together

When the chicken is done, cover it and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours

Using two forks, shred the chicken, and then mix it well with the other ingredients

Put cheddar cheese shreds on top, cover, and wait a few minutes for the cheese to melt

If you want, you can serve it hot with chopped cilantro on top
