Surprise Breakfast Porridge

This surprise breakfast porridge is a delicious and nutritious way to start your day. Made with almond flour, coconut milk, bananas, nuts, and chia seeds, its paleo-friendly and packed with flavor. The addition of fresh berries adds a burst of sweetness and antioxidants.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts walnuts, almonds, or pecans
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Fresh berries for topping

Instructions:

Almond flour, coconut milk, mashed bananas, chia seeds, chopped nuts, honey or maple syrup, if desired, cinnamon, and salt should all be combined in a saucepan

Cook for five to seven minutes, stirring frequently, over medium heat, or until the mixture thickens to the desired consistency

Take off the heat and allow to cool a little

Spoon the porridge into serving dishes, then garnish with the fresh berries
