Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix together ground turkey, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper
Form the mixture into meatballs
Place the meatballs in the crockpot and pour marinara sauce over them
Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until meatballs are cooked through
