Slow-Cooker Turkey Chili

This Slow-Cooker Turkey Chili recipe is a great way to use up turkey that you have left over from holiday meals. A mix of spices and hearty beans gives it a lot of flavor, making it a comforting and filling meal.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups shredded leftover turkey
  • 1 can 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can 15 oz kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can 15 oz diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

In a slow cooker, combine shredded turkey, black beans, kidney beans, diced tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, and garlic

Stir in chicken broth, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper

Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until flavors are well blended and chili has thickened to desired consistency

Serve hot, garnished with your favorite toppings such as shredded cheese, sour cream, or sliced green onions
